每個開關都需要一個驅動器,使用適合的驅動器會帶來優勢。為充分利用采用TRENCHSTOP? IGBT7的設計,我們建議使用滿足IGBT7以及工業驅動要求的柵極驅動 IC。
工業驅動中的IGBT7需要高輸出電流柵極驅動器,這些柵極驅動器需要具有增強隔離(VDE 0884-11認證)功能。英飛凌X3 Compact、2L-SRC和X3 Enhanced系列中的EiceDRIVER ?隔離柵極驅動器滿足這些要求,同時具備其差異化特性。X3 Compact系列可提供易于設計且經濟劃算的解決方案,而2L-SRC系列則可帶來高性能選項。X3 Enhanced系列包括模擬版和數字版,模擬版能實現一流的DESAT精度,數字版具有I2C可配置性,可實現預測性調整。
